I _am_ employable!

As most of you will have heard, I got a phonecall today from one of the Consultants at Swansea, offering me an SHO job. Now, it's a significant pay cut (it's working shifts, so less busy, so less extra pay for business), but it's a job, and it's a job at a unit I really want to work at, and in a place which will be good for my fencing.

I have a Registrar interview on friday, but at least I have _a_ job for August, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I'll be sad to move away from Scotland, but all things come to an end.

BLESS, of course you are employable. Its just that 'the powers that be' are jackasses. I will miss you both very much, so this is a bittersweet 'Congratulations'. Thankfully the UK is small enough [from my perspective] that we will all still meet up. Cheers.

Three out of four ain't bad. I'd go for it if I were you, then you've got a backup if you don't get the Registrar post in August (Which you darn well deserve BTW)
