hobbitommWe got it all sorted, in the end, bar a few bits and bobs that Ormsweird is picking up today. And the contract is ready for signing for the sale of the flat, so all heading along nicely, at last.
Of course, last night, when I was going for the very last load, I slam the door shut and the yale lock on the door explodes, leaving the yale bolt locked in the 'out' position, and us unable to close the door properly. Fun, with three housecats.... so, one 24 hour locksmith later, we hope to get the fee back from the landlords agents, on the grounds that the lock hadn't actually been fitted properly in the first case, and it was just waiting to happen!
On the _down_ side, aching in every bone of my body, I'm now on duty overnight, and it's _busy_. :(
