Disillusionment

hobbitommWell, after a bit of a high yesterday when I actually got some operating time, today it's back to the same ol' drag- seeing routine patients, which would be done by somenoe less senior, or even a nurse, and admin duties, which doesn't need anyone with any training at all. Very depressing, and with no immediate prospect of a promotion just yet. They say that everyone goes through this period, and it certainly seems the case, but it's just so worrying being so insecure in terms of lack of tenure, and constant job hunting.
Bleh.
Still.... another 3-4 job apps to do tonight.
Hope I get the job in Dundee (actually, either of the two jobs in Dundee), since it'll give me more operating, as well as being closer to home, and longer posts. *crosses fingers*, otherwise it may well be another 6 months living away from C, which would suck.
